It was duly approved on January 22, 2015 by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with registration number CS201500879 in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines (Batas Pambansa Blg. 68).
The incorporation’s TIN Number 008-940-176 is registered and located at Plaza San Nicolas, De Tolentino, Crossing Silang Tagaytay City, and Cavite.
The incorporation empowered by five incorporators whom considered and duly assigned as the stockholders, directors and investors of the incorporation.
SCOPE OF WORK
Golden Jewel Manpower Agency Phils. Inc. naturally invests in other companies and enters into joint venture business agreements with any company for the advancement of its interest and to meet its primary purpose. Incorporators maintain manpower pool of applicants by skill and category which they can be used for their deployment. The assurance of transparency, a standard employment contract containing the minimum terms and conditions of employments are uniformly implemented.
Properly monitoring of the welfare of deployed workers includes to the task of the company and cooperation with the government recognized organization in order to prevent any unwanted claims of contract violations.
